Refund Policy
An Online refund may be provided only in condition, when the transaction is incomplete, meaning that the User package is not renewed, but payment has been deducted from the user’s account. The amount will reflect in accounts after 5-7 working days of the refund process is initiated.
Cancellation Policy
For Cancellation, please contact us via contact us link or on the customer care number. Requests received later than 07 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
